There will be an optional practice on Monday, October 12. We will meet at the Bridal Trail in Southford at 9AM. We will be done by 10AM. This is just a chance for us to get another workout in before the SWC championships on Thursday. I hope to see you there on Monday.
Directions to Bridal Trail: The entrance to the trail is just off of route 188 in Southford near the intersection with route 67. To get there from the High School, take route 188 south towards Oxford. About 2 miles down the road, you will pass a fire house on the left. Soon after that, there is the entrance to the trail on the left. It is next to a garage. You cannot park in the garage parking lot, but there is a small lot for the bridal trail.
